Why browse DealMyApp?

DealMyApp lists everything from revenue-generating SaaS products to early-stage side projects to starter templates. Different people browse for different reasons:

Developers exploring what's out there

See what other builders are shipping, what tech stacks they're using, and how they're monetizing. Real products with real numbers, not pitch decks.

Buyers scoping opportunities

Filter by revenue, stage, niche, and price to find apps worth buying. Every listing includes financials, tech stack, and contact details so you can move fast.

Founders doing market research

Thinking about building something? Check if similar apps already exist, how they're doing, and whether there's room for competition or collaboration.

People who just like finding cool software

Browse by niche, check out what's trending, and discover tools you won't find on the App Store or Product Hunt. Many are free to use.

How to browse effectively

Filters

The left sidebar on the homepage has filters for stage (revenue generating, early stage, pre-launch, starter project), intent (for sale vs. just showing), price range, revenue range, and recency. Start broad, then narrow.

Niches and tags

Every listing belongs to a niche (AI, e-commerce, developer tools, etc.) and can have up to 8 tags. The tag cloud below the filters shows the most popular tags across all listings. Click any tag to filter instantly.

Trending

The "Now Trending" section in the sidebar shows the apps getting the most views, clicks, and upvotes in the last 24 hours. It updates every 15 minutes. The Trending page shows the full top 10.

Hidden Gems

Below Trending in the sidebar, "Hidden Gems" surfaces older listings that have earned strong engagement over time. These are proven projects that got buried by newer submissions but still deserve attention. The Hidden Gems page shows the full list.

What to look for in a listing

Whether you're browsing for fun or evaluating something to use, a few signals tell you a lot:

  • Stage badge tells you where the project is. "Revenue" means it's making money. "Early Stage" means it's functional but pre-revenue. "Starter" is often a boilerplate or domain.
  • Tech stack is listed on the detail page. Useful if you're looking for projects in a stack you know, or avoiding ones you don't.
  • Enhanced badge means the seller submitted additional financial documentation that our team reviewed. It's a trust signal.
  • Upvote count reflects community endorsement. Listings with upvotes rank higher in the feed.

From browsing to action

You don't have to do anything. But if something catches your eye:

Upvote it. One click, no account needed. Helps good projects get seen by others.

Share it. Every listing page has share buttons for X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, and a copy-link button.

Save it. Add to your watchlist (requires a free account) and come back later.

Reach out. Every listing has a contact form. Whether you want to buy, collaborate, or just say "nice work," the builder will hear from you directly.

Common questions

Do I need an account to browse?

No. Every listing on DealMyApp is public. You can browse, filter, and read full details without signing up. You only need an account to upvote, save to your watchlist, or contact a seller.

What is the difference between Trending and Hidden Gems?

Trending shows the apps getting the most attention in the last 24 hours. Hidden Gems surfaces older listings that have proven engagement over time but got buried by newer submissions. Both update automatically.

Can I browse without wanting to buy anything?

Absolutely. Many users browse DealMyApp purely for inspiration, to discover tools they can use, or to see what other indie hackers are building. Not every listing is for sale -- many are showcases.

How do I know if a listing is for sale or just showcasing?

Each listing shows a badge: "For Sale" with a price, or "Showcase" for builders sharing their work to get discovered. You can still reach out if you're interested.
