1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DealMyApp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DealMyApp is a platform where builders can showcase indie apps, SaaS products, and side projects, and where they can connect with potential buyers when they're ready to sell. We provide listing visibility and facilitate introductions, but we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. Account Registration

To list an app or contact sellers, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, revenue figures, user metrics, and any claims about their products. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the right to sell the product listed
  • All information provided is truthful and not misleading
  • The listing does not contain stolen code, pirated assets, or illegal content

DealMyApp reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion. All listings undergo review before being published, which may include AI-assisted screening.

5. Listing Accuracy Disclaimer

All listing details — including revenue figures, user counts, traffic data, and other metrics — are self-reported by sellers. While we review listings before they go live, DealMyApp does not independently verify or audit these claims. Buyers are strongly encouraged to perform their own due diligence before making any purchase.

6. Enhanced Listings

Sellers may purchase an Enhanced Listing upgrade for a one-time fee of $29.99 USD. Enhanced Listings involve submitting additional financial details and supporting documents for admin review. By purchasing an Enhanced Listing, you agree that:

  • The $29.99 fee covers the review process, not a guaranteed outcome
  • The fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the enhancement is approved or rejected
  • If rejected, you may re-submit with updated information at no additional cost
  • Supporting documents you upload (financial statements, screenshots, etc.) will be reviewed by our admin team

7. Transactions

All transactions for listed products are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. DealMyApp:

  • Does not charge listing fees or commissions on sales
  • Is not a party to, or responsible for, any transaction between users
  • Does not handle payment for product sales (buyers and sellers arrange payment directly)
  • Does not guarantee the completion, quality, or outcome of any transaction

Both parties are encouraged to perform their own due diligence and use secure payment methods.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Harass, spam, or abuse other users
  • Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid review or moderation
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the platform without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

9. Reporting and Moderation

Users may report listings or profiles that violate these terms. Reports are reviewed by our team and appropriate action will be taken, which may include removal of content or suspension of accounts. Filing false or malicious reports may result in action against the reporting account.

10. Intellectual Property

The DealMyApp name, logo, and website design are the property of DealMyApp. Listings and associated content remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting a listing, you grant DealMyApp a non-exclusive license to display and promote your listing on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

DealMyApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

  • Any damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Any transaction conducted through or facilitated by the platform
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits related to any transaction
  • Inaccuracies in seller-reported listing information
  • Service interruptions or downtime

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealMyApp and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
