Obscyra — Live Private iOS Messenger

Obscyra is a live, pre-revenue native iOS private messenger available on the App Store. It supports one-to-one encrypted text and voice messaging, invitation-based pairing, disappearing conversations, privacy-preserving generic push notifications, and encrypted local storage. Users can start without providing a phone number or email.

The product is built in SwiftUI for iOS 17+, with a Cloudflare backend using Workers, D1, Durable Objects, R2 and APNs, plus local SQLite storage. The seller reports approximately 470 cumulative users to date; active usage and retention have not yet been independently verified. Revenue is $0.

The proposed asset sale includes sanitized iOS and backend source/configuration, product design and documentation, an eligible App Store transfer subject to Apple’s rules, and up to 30 days / 10 founder hours of assisted handover and redeployment. The seller’s company, NURM project, root obscyra.app domain, corporate accounts, credentials, production secrets, user data, device identities and logs are excluded. Current branding may be used during transition and the buyer can rebrand. End-to-end encryption is implemented but has not had an independent security audit. Source access is provided only to a verified buyer after a signed asset purchase agreement and funded escrow.
